ABOUT THE COLLABORATION

JENNA BITAR - THE FACE OF MAISON MARGIELA’S NEW FRANGRANCE - BRINGS HER ART TO DUBAI WITH A SPECIAL ONE&ONLY THE PALM VILLA EXPERIENCE

ArtKorero and One&Only The Palm Will Delve into the Summer with Bali based Abstract Painter Jenna Bitar, in an immersive Villa Experience. “Botanique” reframes the Arabian Gulf summer through hazy earth tones, botanical motifs and a poetic homage to nature, emotion, and memory, blending organic forms and textured layers to create evocative visual narratives that stirs the viewers senses. Rooted in her multicultural background and deeply influenced by the lush surroundings of Bali, her art invites reflection, connection, and awe and has even coveted the attention of renowned Paris based luxury house - Maison Margiela.

Jenna’s rise in the art world has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her debut show was a solo exhibition in Manhattan, New York, an impressive feat for any young artist. This was quickly followed by exhibitions in Dubai, Sydney, and Munich, each met with critical acclaim.

Set within the resort’s most secluded Luxury Villa, ‘Botanique’ traces the quiet shift from spring’s renewal to the Gulf summer’s radiance. Bitar embraces the solace in a season that is often associated with tepid hues and drying sun, layering dusty ambers, sun‑bleached auburns and soft desert greys across the canvases. Her palette conjures the muted horizon where sea mist meets dune—inviting guests to rediscover the Gulf summer as a space for reflection rather than escape.

The installation coincides with Bitar’s debut as the global fragrance face of Maison Margiela. In a recent creative union with Maison Margiela, she was invited to interpret their new fragrance “From The Garden” through her artwork, creating a short film with the brand, shot on location at her studio in Bali and a nearby farm that often serves as an inspiration to the artist.
